8mbat Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These Terms apply to all services, products, and activities on the 8mbat platform. The following are covered under these Terms:

• Sports betting services (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports categories)
• Online casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games)
• Bonus and promotional offers
• VIP and loyalty program
• Deposit and withdrawal services
• Customer support services

Alongside these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply equally. These documents together form the complete agreement.

8mbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on the 8mbat platform, you must provide accurate and truthful information. All information provided at the time of registration will be used to verify your identity. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same household or address requires prior approval from 8mbat.

2.3 Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the platform:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be eligible to participate in online betting under the laws of Bangladesh
• Must bet in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of others
• Must not be a member of a professional betting syndicate or organized gambling group
• Must not be an employee of 8mbat or a close relative of one

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

8mbat may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Copies of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence, and proof of current address may be requested. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age Restrictions

8mbat is fully committed to protecting minors from gaming. Age verification is mandatory during the registration process. If any person registers with a false age, their account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

Parents and guardians are requested to use parental control software to ensure their underage children cannot access this platform.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

8mbat supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. No processing fee is charged for deposits, however your payment provider's own fees may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 5 and 30 minutes to complete. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a different arrangement has been approved for a specific reason.

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal
• Withdrawals may be limited until active bonus wagering requirements are met
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, withdrawals may be delayed for review
• Withdrawal times may vary due to technical issues or banking hours

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

In accordance with anti-money laundering policy, 8mbat reserves the right to review suspicious transactions. Additional verification documents may be requested for high-value transactions.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳5,000 will earn an additional ৳7,500 in bonus. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the total bonus amount must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled
• Bets placed with bonus funds can be made on any game, however restrictions may apply for cashback and certain promotions
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, abuse, or system exploitation will result in account termination
• 8mbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Bonuses cannot under any circumstances be converted to cash if wagering requirements have not been met

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

The 8mbat VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and loyalty on the platform. Cashback is credited to individual accounts each week.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets on 8mbat are considered final and cannot be cancelled after confirmation, unless a specific technical error is proven. No bet will be considered valid until a confirmation message of bet acceptance is received.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or does not start within the scheduled time, all bets on that event will be refunded. For partially played events, the official result from the relevant sports authority will be followed.

6.3 Odds Changes

If odds change before a bet is confirmed, you will be asked to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. 8mbat reserves the right to change odds at any time.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

There are limits on the maximum winnings from a single bet or single event. These limits vary by game and category. Contact our support team for more details.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8mbat platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegally obtained funds
• Participating in match fixing or any form of result manipulation
• Placing bets using software bots, automated betting systems, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or technical errors in the platform
• Deceiving or harassing other users
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts with false information
• Colluding against 8mbat or with other players
• Attempting unauthorized access or hacking into the platform's systems

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All active bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 8mbat

8mbat may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Order from a court or regulatory authority

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for more than 12 months. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate an account.

9 Responsible Gaming

11.3 Technical Errors

Any results displayed or amounts credited incorrectly due to a technical error will not be considered valid. In such situations, 8mbat reserves the right to correct the error and review the affected bets.

12 Changes to Terms

8mbat reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users by email or via a notice on the platform.
